Orders can be shipped “Signature Required” by selecting that option at checkout for an additional fee. “Signature Required” can not be used on orders that ship to a PO box. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be available to accept and sign for the package if this option is selected.
ECRU does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or missing items that occur during shipment if the order is marked as delivered.
Orders with in-stock items are typically processed within 2 business days. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin to process the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and processing time will be longer.

This warranty extends ONLY to the products’ original purchaser and when purchased through an authorized reseller.
Warranty Duration: This product is warranted to the original consumer purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage: The product is warranted against manufacturer’s defective material or workmanship.
This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use/misuse, neglect, improper service, commercial use or repairs by unauthorized personnel or other causes not arising out of defects in manufacturer’s materials or workmanship. This warranty does not extend to any units which have been used in violation of written instructions in the User Guide, units that have been used to violate any state or federal laws or to units which have been altered or modified or to damaged products or parts that have the serial number removed, altered, defaced, or rendered illegible.
Warranty Disclaimers: This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for EcruHerb.com any other liability in connection with the sales of our products. There shall be no claims for defects or failure of performance or product failure under any theory of tort, contract or commercial law including, but not limited to, negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty and breach of contract.
Warranty Performance: During the above one-year warranty period, a product with a defect will be either repaired or replaced with a reconditioned comparable model when the product is returned to EcruHerb.com. The repaired or replacement product will be in warranty for the balance of the one year warranty period.
In-Warranty Service: Contact EcruHerb.com. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs.EcruHerb.com will pay for return shipping. The warranty does not cover damage during your shipping to the service location, please insure proper precautions are taken.
